Are you open to the public?

We operate primarily by appointment to provide every customer with a personalized experience. You can also shop online 24/7.

How do I book a consultation?

What happens during a consultation?

We’ll help you select frames that complement your face shape, lifestyle, prescription, and personal style. We’ll also discuss lens options and answer any questions you may have.

Is there a consultation fee?

Prescription Eyewear

Do I need a valid prescription?

Yes. A current prescription is required for prescription eyewear.

Can I upload my prescription?

Yes. You can upload your prescription during checkout or email it to us after placing your order.

Can you help me choose lenses?

Absolutely. As a licensed optician, we’ll guide you in selecting the lens design and coatings that best fit your needs.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most non-prescription orders ship within 3–7 business days. Prescription eyewear typically ships within 7–14 business days, depending on lens customization.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We currently ship throughout the United States.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.

Returns

Can I return my glasses?

Non-prescription eyewear may be returned within 14 days if unworn and in its original condition.

Prescription eyewear is custom made and is generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in production.

What if my glasses arrive damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Do you offer financing?
